There are many free ad classified available on the internet which will allow you to advertise completely free for your business and these are really great websites for advertising. You can advertise your product and services even in city and Country for the specific category. Google is also offering free advertising coupons for the customers which has some webiste and want to advertise for their business but to use the Google coupon you have to ad your credit card detail to the Google.

Google Adsense is free at far as I know, but at the same time you should deserve to place it on your site

Word of mouth is always free and ready anytime, in all seriousness. You just need the right tone and right circumstances and you'd be surprised at how effective it can be.
