Paypal is being strict and implementing new rules every time. Recently they are forcing every users to verify their credit card with paypal account. I don't have credit card and my payment is stuck in paypal. Paypal is saying they are also accepting ATM and debit cards of MasterCard and VISA. But, they didn't approved any of my debit cards. And, I have no more options except to apply for credit card.
I am still not sure, if they will accept my credit card or not. They might say, it depend on bank if they allow or not to link their card with paypal.
PayPal SUcks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
