should i send emails to webmasters?
what can i say to them?

is it ok if i give his link, and he show my link in same website?
i heard it is not acceptable between 2 sites

There are many ways for getting the back links like Directory Submission and Article Submission and Social Bookmarking and Forum Posting and many more methods,you can use any method.

I never tried any link exchange yet but I want to do it also.

If have email addresses of the webmasters then mail them that where you want link on their website and where you can offer link to them on your website. If you don't have email addresses then search on the internet or you can also find the email address and then add them into your chat box and from here you can ask for the link exchange which is a more faster method of link exchange you can get the many webmasters and websites there.
