I am planing to develop website based on database.
My question is that which language is better (ASP or ASP.NET?) to develop my website and easy to use and maintain.
Project deadline is 1 month, and this website have 50 different databases pages.

ASP ASP.NET is better then. ASP.NET has better language support, a large set of new controls and components based on XML, and better user authentication. ASP.NET provides increased performance by running compiled code. ASP.NET code is not fully backward compatible with ASP.

ASP.NET is better than ASP because it provides more features such as
- Stability.
- Best Language support.
- Best Compilation.
- Scalability.

Asp.net is better then ASP. ASP.NET has better language support, a large set of new controls and components based on XML, and better user authentication and then ASP.NET is simply way of building web applications using HTML and CSS.

In my opinion ASP.NET is better programming language rather than ASP. Because ASP.NET has better language support, a large set of new controls, XML-based components, and better user authentication. ASP.NET code is not fully backward compatible with ASP. Also configuration of ASP.NET is done with plain text files.
