Any body kindly tell me what is doorway page?

Doorway pages are basically a Black Hat SEO technique in which webmasters generally create two similar pages one for the search engine spider and another one is for the user. The pages which is create for the search engine spider is optimized properly using complete HTML , Meta tags, Heading tag, Image Alt tag and content modification. Another page is made for the user has high quality graphics, Images and Flash and very great in look and feel. By using 302 or other redirects they redirect user to one page to another pages. This is completely unethical technique and if any website caught by using these techniques then Google can penalize these website.
