We are a “Montreal Florist” with a powerful regional website: http://www.theflowerpot.com. In addition to flowers we offer other gift items to complete our product line. Most of our products are delivered to a third party (recipient) as a gift, with a personalized greeting card attached (Floragramme). Our present market is the region of Montreal, and 25 suburbs. One of our leading gift products is the “custom mug montreal”. We are #1 on Google + Bing. The product is a, made in China, coffee mug to which we apply the clients’ personalized image. The image will fuse with the mug when applied under intense heat and pressure. We have experience in that business and have results to prove it. We are now planning to create a national site for “personalized coffee mugs” and expect the same results from the rest of Canada.

Magento
O/S technology appeals to us. New add-on modules are being offered every day. A simple plain MAGENTO template has already been selected to build the MugMan. We need an empty shell (a.s.a.p.) to play with it.

Branding The "Man"
Besides MugMan.ca we acquired other “CA” domains such as: shirtman, giftman, picman, pillowman, etc., and are planning to eventually establish a chain branded of internet gift stores.

Catalog A+B
Two different catalog sections:
CAT A - Full Service Section: The client provides the raw material and we do the rest, such as layout, design and proof.
CAT B - Do-It-Yourself Section: The client provides print-ready material and we do only the print/press application.

Mug Image Size
The available print space on a mug is like a mini bill board of 3” x 7.5”.
We encourage the client to use it to the fullest.
A file could be 900 pixels to 2250 pixels x @300 dpi, with a size up to 1MEG.

Mug Image Upload
Clients will to upload images and/or text for mug printing. The file could be placed into the root of the web and/or forwarded to a specific e-mail. Detailed description as to the file preparations will be listed in the product description.

Mug Production - Mug Printing
Sublimation printing is a complicated and costly process. The quality however is so superior to the regular laser imprint that it justifies the higher price. We carry a large inventory of plain 11oz mugs and have an Epson printer produce sublimation transfer sheets and use 3 mug presses to produce the mugs.

Greeting Card - Floragramme
Each product (mug) comes gift wrapped with a greeting card attached. Our greeting cards are “branded” as Floragramme.
They are produced with an appropriate image on one side and the client’s message on the other; then folded and enveloped.
