The flowchart is from the user perspective. And, the Functionality Outline will give a more complex description of what we are proposing.

Just so you are aware, this is a simultaneous build. We will have several groups working on this project, everyone will get paid, but only the winning finished project will be used. The prevailing group will then be offered the ongoing work, updates, server hosting, archiving, etc. Please feel free to review the documents and contact me with any questions.
